1. Customer Service Representative (Full Time – Onsite)
Location: DHA, Karachi
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries
• Manage orders and enter them into the system
• Handle basic complaints, returns, and follow-ups
• Provide a smooth and friendly customer experience
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (written & spoken)
• Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer use
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Positive attitude & problem-solving mindset
