We ship nationwide. International delivery is now available.

Shipping times:
Same day shipment facility is available for Karachi depending on the time of placing your order. Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. We will let you know via Call/SMS if your order is on hold due to any reason. 

Shipping Cost:

All orders have a flat PKR250 shipping fee nationwide. Free delivery is available on prepaid orders.

All orders throughout Pakistan are delivered through our courier partners: TCS, Leopards, and M&P.

We offer Return & Exchange if a product is found damaged or was faulty upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the customer is required to provide proof of purchase. For returns, please email help@slbasics.com with the subject ‘Returns’ and include order number, name and the reason for the return.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 24hours of your purchase, the sooner the better. Orders that are dispatched can not be cancelled.

Payments:

We offer two modes of payment, Pre-Paid & COD (Post-Paid). All Pre-Paid orders are required a confirmation from your bank about the transfer. You can get in touch with us to know how you can place a Pre-Paid order.
