My experience of using SL basics products was always good but last 2 times when I placed the order. I didn't recieve my first order then I placed the order again after two weeks and waited for more than 10 days again. Then I had to catch the flight for another country. When I reach there. Parcel were reached to my home which was not needed anymore and I had to cancel it. Thank you
